STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN! WE ARE HERE!

On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, to be held on November 25, 2023 , in collaboration with the "La Maddalina" association, we launched the "Maddalina's Shoes" initiative, a social craft project to raise funds to support female victims of violence. The Maddalina association was founded in August 2014 by its president Elisabetta Fabbri to support the pediatric oncology department of the Sant'Orsola Hospital in Bologna. Thanks to the proceeds raised from events and demonstrations, they have been able to support projects dedicated to pediatric oncology research, the construction of an orphanage in Hyderabad, India, the purchase of first aid equipment for the earthquake in Abruzzo, and much more. We want to be there: as a partner, we have created a kit consisting of:
- A ball of wool,
- Two colored labels with the association's logo to be applied to the ballerinas,
- A card to sign your creation,
- A flyer with all the instructions needed to make the shoes.
We will distribute all the SHOE KITS to all the retailers who wish to participate in the project. The retailers themselves will collect the packaged shoes, which will then be collected and delivered to Brescia, where they will be sold at various events, particularly in the squares of Bergamo and Brescia, the 2023 Capitals of Culture, on November 25, 2023.

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer cash on delivery, an additional fee will apply. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be shipped at our risk and insured; special care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes or bags are adequately sized and your items are well protected.

In Italy, shipping is via courier.

You can return one or more purchased products within 14 business days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse returns submitted after this deadline, or for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.
If you wish to return an item and request a refund, you must return it within 10 days of the arrival date, with insured shipping, to the following address:

Inside the package, you must include a written statement declaring your intention to return the item, along with a refund request, and attach the shipping slip to prove your purchase. You must also provide your email and telephone contact information.
LacariaRicami.Store reserves the right to refuse returns for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received or for returns shipped more than 14 days after the delivery date.
