SHIPPING

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer cash on delivery, an additional fee will apply. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be shipped at our risk and insured; special care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes or bags are adequately sized and your items are well protected.

In Italy, shipping is via courier.

MADE

You can return one or more purchased products within 14 business days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse returns submitted after this deadline, or for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.
If you wish to return an item and request a refund, you must return it within 10 days of the arrival date, with insured shipping, to the following address:

Inside the package, you must include a written statement declaring your intention to return the item, along with a refund request, and attach the shipping slip to prove your purchase. You must also provide your email and telephone contact information.
LacariaRicami.Store reserves the right to refuse returns for items that are not in the same condition in which they were received or for returns shipped more than 14 days after the delivery date.
