🧵 The Tablecloth
The Preziosa Home 140x180 cm stain-resistant tablecloth is designed for anyone looking for a practical, functional solution for everyday dining. Made from 100% polyester with a water-repellent treatment, it repels liquids and common stains, making cleanup quick and easy. Perfect for family lunches, everyday dinners and stylish table settings that don't compromise on practicality.
The 140x180 cm size fits a table for 6 people perfectly, with an even drop on all sides. The solid-color finish easily complements any kitchen, dining room or dinnerware style. Available in several colors to choose from before purchase.
🧬 Fabric Composition: Why It Works
100% polyester was chosen to ensure resistance to wear and frequent washing. Unlike cotton, polyester does not absorb liquids deep into the fabric: the stain-resistant treatment works on the surface, creating a protective barrier that repels water, wine, coffee, oil and other substances. This means stains don't penetrate the fibers and can be removed with a damp cloth without leaving marks.
The synthetic fabric stays soft and neat-looking even after numerous machine washes at 40°C. It resists creasing and requires no ironing: simply spread it on the table after washing and it's ready to use. Ideal for anyone short on time who wants a water-repellent tablecloth for 6 that requires little maintenance.
📦 Size and Practical Use
The 140x180 cm size is designed for standard rectangular tables seating 6 people (approximately 80x120 cm or 90x140 cm). The sides hang down about 30 cm, providing complete, elegant coverage without reaching the floor. Perfect for everyday kitchen and dining room tables.
Thanks to its stain-resistant treatment, this tablecloth is ideal for families with children, quick meals in the kitchen, casual dinners and simple table settings. It can be cleaned in seconds: simply wipe a fresh stain with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, machine wash at 40°C on a gentle spin cycle. Do not tumble dry or iron.
✨ Why Choose the Preziosa Home Stain-Resistant Tablecloth
Unlike traditional cotton tablecloths, this one solves the problem of permanent stains and ironing. Cotton absorbs liquids deep into the fabric and requires pretreatment, soaking and high-temperature washing to remove stains. Water-repellent polyester, on the other hand, repels liquids on the surface: stains don't penetrate and can be wiped away immediately.
In everyday life, this means less time spent cleaning and maintaining your tablecloth. No more treating stains, ironing or replacing tablecloths after every meal. The Preziosa Home tablecloth always looks neat, retains its vibrant color even after numerous washes and stays soft over time. Perfect for anyone who wants convenience without sacrificing a beautifully set table.
🎨 How You Can Use It
This tablecloth is ideal for everyday use in the kitchen and dining room. Perfect for family lunches and dinners, quick breakfasts, snacks with children and simple table settings for guests. It pairs easily with napkins, runners and solid-color placemats to create elegant matching sets.
👩🎨 Who It's For
This tablecloth is suitable for anyone looking for convenience and functionality without sacrificing a neat-looking table. No special skills are needed: simply spread it on the table and wipe it with a damp cloth after use. Perfect for beginners who don't want to worry about permanent stains or ironing.
Typical buyers include families with children looking for stain-resistant tablecloths, people with little time for household upkeep, anyone who wants a tidy table with minimal effort, and crafters looking for solid-color pieces to create their own combinations. Also ideal for vacation homes, B&Bs and businesses that need practical tablecloths that can be washed frequently.

📌 Important Note
Polyester tablecloths may have slight size variations (±2 cm) due to the manufacturing process. Colors may vary slightly between batches: if you're buying several tablecloths to match your table, we recommend ordering them together to ensure they are the same shade. The stain-resistant treatment works on fresh stains: for best results, wipe them immediately with a damp cloth. Individually packaged.
