🌊 The tablecloth
The Preziosa Home Mediterranean cotton tablecloth is a practical and elegant way to dress your table in style. Made from 100% pure cotton, this tablecloth combines the quality of a natural material with the beauty of a fresh, versatile Mediterranean pattern, perfect for anyone looking for table linen that enhances any table setting.
Measuring 140x180 cm, this tablecloth is specifically designed for rectangular tables seating 6, providing ideal coverage for family meals or dinners with guests. Its rectangular shape ensures an even drape on all sides of the table, creating a neat and welcoming setting.
🧬 Technical composition: why choose pure cotton
100% pure cotton is the ideal choice for a tablecloth intended for everyday use and special occasions. This natural fiber offers breathability, absorbency, and a pleasantly soft feel, all essential qualities for a textile that comes into direct contact with food and hands during meals. Unlike blended or synthetic fabrics, pure cotton retains its freshness even after many washes.
The quality of the cotton used by Preziosa Home also ensures superior resistance to wear and frequent washing, preserving its vibrant colors and original shape over time. The natural fabric does not retain odors and is easy to iron, making care simple and quick, even for those who use the tablecloth every day.
📐 Dimensions and practical use
Measuring 140x180 cm, this tablecloth is perfect for standard rectangular tables seating 6. Its dimensions are designed to provide an overhang of around 20–30 cm on each side of a 90x140 cm table, creating an elegant look without excessive length. This tablecloth also fits slightly smaller or larger tables, making it versatile.
A rectangular tablecloth for 6 is a popular choice for family kitchens and dining rooms, making it easy to set the table for everyday meals, dinners with guests, or social gatherings. The Mediterranean pattern adds a touch of color and character without visually overwhelming the space.
🎨 The Mediterranean pattern
The decorative Mediterranean design on this tablecloth evokes the colors and atmosphere of Southern Italy, with patterns inspired by the sea, sunshine, and artisan traditions. The design is printed across the entire fabric, creating a harmonious look that enhances the table setting without overpowering it.
This tablecloth is available in several color options, all featuring the same Mediterranean inspiration but in different shades to suit a variety of interior styles. The print withstands repeated washing while retaining its brightness and definition over time, thanks to the quality dyes used on natural cotton.
✨ Why choose this tablecloth
Compared with blended or synthetic tablecloths, a 100% cotton tablecloth feels noticeably better to the touch and is more absorbent, helping protect the table from spills and stains. Natural cotton is also hypoallergenic and safe for contact with food, making it a preferred choice for the dining table.
Easy care is another key benefit: this tablecloth is machine washable at 40°C, dries quickly, and is easy to iron, so it stays looking its best even with frequent daily use. Cotton's durability ensures a longer lifespan than more delicate fabrics.
🍽️ Suitable occasions
This tablecloth is designed for everyday use in the kitchen or dining room, but its elegant look also makes it suitable for Sunday lunches, dinners with guests, family birthdays, and small celebrations. The Mediterranean pattern adds a festive touch without feeling overly formal, creating a warm and sociable atmosphere.
👩🍳 Who it's for
This tablecloth is ideal for anyone looking for natural, durable, decorative table linen that enhances any table setting with a fresh Mediterranean style. It's perfect for families who use a tablecloth every day and want a product that stands up to frequent washing while retaining its quality and beauty.
The Preziosa Home tablecloth is also appreciated by those who enjoy setting the table with care for special occasions, by B&B or holiday-home hosts seeking quality linens at an affordable price, and by anyone looking for a practical, welcome housewarming gift.
